As a Credit Union, Decatur Medical Dental Credit Union is a Not-For-Profit organization of individuals sharing a bond as defined by our field of membership. The Credit Union was chartered December 30, 1937. We are owned and operated by our Members – the people who save and borrow money here. Because we have no outside stockholders our Members earn higher dividends on savings and pay lower loan rates and appreciate reduced or eliminated fees, plus improved member service.
