Our Credit Union was formed in 1986 through the merger of Wampler Longacre and Rockingham Poultry Credit Unions. The name was later changed to Mosaic to prevent having to change the name of the Credit Union when the companies were again sold. In 2001 the NCUA approved a community charter for Mosaic, whereby anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Harrisonburg may join the Credit Union.
