A special meeting of the membership was held, our charter amendment and articles of incorporation were approved and United Industries Credit Union became United Community Credit Union, serving the people who live or work in Adams, Brown, Hancock, Pike, or Schuyler counties in Illinois and Lewis, Marion, and Ralls counties in Missouri. Individuals living or working in these counties became eligible to join.
